I don’t know how I managed to do this, but I actually MISSED the emails announcing the Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale, which started yesterday and runs through Wednesday (8/30). I know. And I call myself a shopaholic. Get me a tissue so I can dry my tears. OK, I’m clearly being sarcastic, but good news is there is still a ton of amazing stuff up for grabs.

I realized my error right as I was going to bed last night around 11:30 PM. That means I missed out on approximately 18 hours of potential Lilly savings. So I proceeded to spend another hour shopping online, and then even more time pulling together this blog post for you guys. A late night in honor of my girl, Lilly. I don’t know if that is pathetic or dedication, but I love it either way.
The best part about my error is I didn’t have to wait in the virtual line. Last year, I sat on my couch for about an hour and a half before the sun came up, waiting to be granted access to the sale. Now that the initial frenzy is over, you shouldn’t have to wait more than a minute to gain access to the goods. Maybe I need to take this approach going forward.
I snagged the top I’m wearing in these photos during last year’s After Party sale. The pink pattern I have on is sold out, but the exact same top is on sale right now for only $29 in plain blue or $34 in a colorful print. It is one of my favorites and always attracts compliments.
As for my finds this year, I ended up grabbing a couple of brightly printed dresses and a blue fringe sweater for myself. I even got my daughter the cutest cold shoulder dress. I’ll probably look around more tomorrow to see if they add anything else to the sale. Here are a few of my favorite sale finds:
