Colorful Prints for Fall

Fun prints for Fall

You guys know by now that I love fun prints and colors. If there is a colorful patterned shirt sitting right next to a plain white one, most of the time I’ll reach for the colors. Yes, I absolutely have my days where black is calling my name, but it is no secret I prefer to stand out.  Even in Fall.

One of my favorite things about my job as a blogger is discovering new brands. Since I spend way too much time on Instagram (honesty moment), I love it when I come across a small shop that fit my style. Rockflowerpaper is one of those companies. This woman-run brand designs all of their fun prints in-house and uses global inspiration to create high-quality products. I was immediately drawn to all the bright colors and patterns, so it was a no-brainer when they asked if I’d like to partner up on a post.

How cute is this printed button down shirt? It can be worn tied or untied.

The tops on rockflowerpapers’s website were the very first things to jump out to me. I mean, how cute is this red button down with the super cute leaf pattern?! The colors are just perfect for the season. Since the leaves don’t fall where I live in AZ, I might as well wear them on my shirt. I ordered a small in this shirt and it was a little long on me, but nothing a cute tie in the front couldn’t fix. After I tied it I felt like it was meant to be styled this way, especially in Arizona. Too cute.

I’m also a huge fan of the orange, grey and pink print on this comfy poet shirt. The material on this top is a little more flowy than the structured button-down above, which made it super easy to wear with jean shorts. I’m not getting typical Fall weather in my neck of the woods, so I love how this outfit turned out. Again, this shirt definitely runs long on a shorty like me (I’m 5’3″ for reference), but the relaxed material was easy to tuck in.

Stay hydrated with a reusable water bottle

One of the missions that is close to rockflowerpaper’s heart is the Ocean Conservatory. Especially since the company is based in San Francisco, they care deeply about the environment and keeping the oceans clean. Creating the blu water bottle collection was a logical step to help reduce the amount of plastic waste. Rockflowerpaper donates 20 cents from every bottle purchased to the Ocean Conservatory and has donated over $37,500 to-date.

Since I live in the desert, I carry a reusable water bottle with me everywhere I go. My husband and I very rarely purchase bottled water (pretty much only when we travel and have no other choice) and prefer to drink filtered water from our home. We are also crazy about recycling and are proud to only produce one small bag of trash each week. I absolutely love this cute sea turtle water bottle, will keep drinks hot or cold for up to 24 hours. It didn’t make my water taste like metal, either. Plus my son has been trying to steal it from me because of the turtle print.

Rockflowerpaper has generously created the code SENSIBLE15 to give all my readers 15% off their purchase. In addition to adorable tops and water bottles, they also sell awesome home items (I love the trays!!), scarves, kimonos and tote bags.
